What is an Ambassador Training?

Our Ambassador Training introduces your team to the supports and resources available through your organization’s partnership with Carson’s Village.

During this virtual training, we’ll cover:

Carson’s Village services for bereaved families
Bereavement Village resources available to staff
How to make a referral
How to create a Bereavement Village account
Best practices for introducing Carson’s Village to families
Where to find additional trainings, workshops, and professional resources

Training Length

We customize each training to fit your team’s needs.

Recommended: 30–45 minutes

We understand finding time for training can be challenging, so we’re also happy to:

Break the training into shorter sessions
Offer multiple sessions for different shifts or departments

Live virtual Ambassador Trainings are encouraged because they allow plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Additional Resource: Your Bereavement Village Video Resource Library (you must be logged in to your Bereavement Village account to access the Video Resource Library) includes a 4-minute Comprehensive Overview of Carson’s Village services that can be shared with staff who are unable to attend live.
